In this role, you will be a product expert, providing technical support and resolving complex issues for Liebert Precision Cooling Equipment. Responsibilities include supervising Field Trials, coordinating factory Start Ups, and maintaining positive customer relations. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, relevant experience, EPA refrigerant certification, and robust communication skills. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years experience with Liebert Precision Cooling Equipment plus degree in HVAC Engineering, or 10 years experience as a technician.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to solve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Field Trials and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain positive customer relationships with Liebert products.
• Coordinate factory Start Up of key products.
• Provide feedback for product quality and reliability.
• Informally train local support staff.
