Job summary

Famous Dave's is seeking a kitchen team member to produce and maintain the quality of menu items assigned to your station, following recipe specs and the company's safety and sanitation standards.

You will be responsible for timely readiness, portion control, cleanliness, and teamwork, while adhering to OSHA guidelines and maintaining a safe working environment.

The role requires flexible scheduling including nights, days, weekends and holidays, and prior kitchen experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain quality of menu items per recipes and specs.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and food standards.
• Be station-ready and in proper uniform at scheduled time.
• Maintain cleanliness and operate kitchen equipment responsibly.
• Portion control using scales, spoons, and recipe cards.
• Work with others effectively and communicate well.
