Qualifications

• 2 years of work or related experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Timeliness: Station ready to work at scheduled time and you are in proper uniform.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment to a "like new" condition.
• Adhere to recipes; portioning with scales and recipe cards.
• Stock supplies ahead of the rush.
• Think ahead and organize to support team.
