Zachry Construction Corporation is seeking a Concrete Finisher in the Denton region to support civil and heavy highway projects across the United States. The role requires strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the physical ability to work long shifts.

You will smooth and finish freshly poured concrete, set forms, and ensure the finished product meets textures and depth specifications. This position emphasizes craftsmanship, teamwork, and on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of concrete finishing on civil, highway, or bridge projects.
• Proficiency with hand and power finishing tools.
• Ability to spread, finish, and texture concrete to spec.
• Experience setting and aligning metal and wooden forms.
• Physically capable of long days and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Smooth and finish concrete on roadways and structures to specified textures.
• Spread concrete to required depth with proper consistency.
• Set prefabricated metal and wooden forms to grades and alignments.
• Monitor quality, finish, and texture of completed work.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform additional labor duties as directed by the supervisor.
