Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent years of experience.
• Appropriate training and experience required.
• Ability to read drawings or diagrams and estimate concrete quantities.

Responsibilities

• Smooths and finishes surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls, sidewalks, or curbs to prescribed textures.
• Spreads concrete to specified depth and consistency using floats; brings water to the surface.
• Levels, smooths, and shapes surfaces using straightedge, float, or power screed.
• Finishes concrete surfaces with power trowel or by rubbing with abrasive stone.
