Job summary

Staff Force Personnel Services is seeking a production associate for our client in Wisconsin. You will measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to formulas, operate mixers and compounding equipment safely, and follow batch instructions and schedules.

You will maintain quality records, inspect finished batches, keep the work area clean, and adhere to safety standards and GMP guidelines. Prior manufacturing or production experience is preferred, and accuracy with basic math is important.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing, compounding or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and formulas.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to lift, move and handle raw materials as required.
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to production formulas and specifications.
• Operate mixers, blenders, and other compounding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow batch instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.
• Monitor the mixing process and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect materials and finished batches for quality and consistency.
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate batch records.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Follow all company safety procedures and GMP guidelines.
