Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform compounding, weighing, and mixing per formulations
• Weigh and mix raw materials as specified
• Inspect scale accuracy and operate equipment per procedures
• Monitor mixing conditions and adjust as needed
• Maintain cleanliness to prevent contamination during batches
• Report problems to supervision and participate in solutions
• Ensure safety procedures and PPE are followed
• Assist with changeovers and training of new associates
