Job summary

HEXPOL Compounding Americas is seeking a production associate to support compounding, weighing, and mixing of materials on-site. You will ensure proper formulation, inspect equipment and batches, and maintain clean, safe work areas to prevent contamination.

The role requires basic math, the ability to read a tape measure, and strong attention to detail. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred and candidates should collaborate with the supervisor and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math (add/sub/mult/div).
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to visually identify color differences in finished goods.

Responsibilities

• Perform compounding, weighing, mixing, processing of materials and safe equipment operation.
• Check raw materials for contamination and follow formulations/instructions.
• Inspect scales, operate equipment, and ensure mixing consistency.
• Load materials into mixer and monitor batch flow per schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness to prevent contamination and enable changeovers.
• Report problems promptly and cooperate with supervision and maintenance.
