Job summary

HEXPOL Compounding in Burton, Ohio, is seeking an on-site manufacturing associate to perform compounding, weighing, mixing, and processing of materials while ensuring the smooth flow of mixed compounds through the production line. Responsibilities include material inspection, equipment operation, quality checks, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; competency assessment may substitute.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math and read a tape measure.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform compounding, weighing, mixing and processing of materials.
• Inspect and weigh raw materials; ensure accurate formulations.
• Operate and monitor equipment; report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE; lock-out/tag-out as required.
• Assist in training new associates as directed by supervisor.
