Job summary

ST Engineering MRAS seeks a meticulous craftsman to fabricate and repair complex composite and metal bonded assemblies. You will work from engineering drawings and tool designs, plan fabrication, and prepare materials for molding and bonding processes.

Responsibilities include ensuring precise fit, assembling with tight tolerances, and performing post-cure teardown and tool cleanup, while adhering to safety rules and using provided tools and fixtures.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret complex assembly drawings, lofts, and specifications.
• Broad shop trade knowledge of bonding procedures.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and repair complex composite and metal bonded assemblies.
• Teardown post-cure and clean bond tools.
• Locate parts and assemblies with close tolerances and align components to drawings.
