Job summary

Integrity is seeking a detail‑oriented Reconciliation Specialist to audit commission payments and reconcile carrier revenue against internal systems. You will investigate data integrity issues, correct discrepancies, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve enrollment and payment mismatches.

The role includes documenting findings and supporting leadership with ad hoc reports. Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in reconciliation or data auditing, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

1–3+ years in reconciliation, accounting support, or data auditing.
Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail.
Comfortable working across systems and coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

Audit commission payments against carrier remittance data for accuracy and completeness.
Reconcile carrier revenue records against internal systems (GAIN) to identify discrepancies.
Investigate and correct data integrity issues affecting payment accuracy (member IDs, dates, duplicates).
Partner with internal teams to resolve enrollment/payment mismatches flagged during reconciliation.
Document reconciliation findings and track unresolved exceptions to closure.
Support ad hoc reporting on commission and revenue accuracy for leadership.
