Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Reconciliations Specialist to support financial revenue operations across multiple offices. This role is responsible for reconciling revenue activity with insurance and patient payments, ensuring accuracy between recorded transactions and bank deposits.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $25/hr – $30/hr

This role will review and reconcile daily revenue activity from internal software across multiple offices, matching insurance and patient payments to bank deposits, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records of reconciliations and communications.
