• Audit commission payments against carrier remittance data to confirm accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile carrier revenue records against internal systems (GAIN) to identify discrepancies between reported and expected payments.
• Investigate and correct data integrity issues affecting payment accuracy - including member identifiers, effective dates, and duplicate or incomplete records.
• Partner with internal teams to research and resolve enrollment/payment mismatches flagged during reconciliation.
• Document reconciliation findings and track unresolved exceptions to closure.
• Support ad hoc reporting on commission and revenue accuracy for leadership.
