Job summary

LEAD is seeking a commercial bricklayer to construct, repair, and maintain masonry on office buildings, schools, hospitals, and retail centers. The role requires precision, speed, and teamwork within a larger construction crew.

Candidates should have 2–5+ years of commercial masonry experience, ability to read blueprints, and familiarity with block laying. The position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects across industrial sites.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of masonry experience (commercial preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
• Skilled in block laying and large-scale masonry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physical strength and stamina.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Lay brick, concrete block, and stone for commercial structures.
• Build structural and non-structural walls, partitions, and facades.
• Install brick veneer and exterior cladding systems.
• Work with scaffolding, lifts, and other construction equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Mix mortar or operate machinery that prepares mortar.
• Ensure alignment, level, and structural integrity of masonry.
• Perform waterproofing and insulation integration where required.
• Repair or restore existing commercial masonry.
