Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma: General Education (Required).
• 0 to 2 years of experience with loan documents, preferably including complex documents.
• Knowledge of all aspects of commercial non-complex loans and loan documentation structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documentation for commercial loan types (real estate, lines of credit, SBA, etc.) per credit approval and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with underwriters, loan officers and branch staff for additional information.
• Review and organize supporting documents; assist training on loan document processes and templates.
• Ensure timely, accurate completion of work and act as escalation point for documentation issues.
