Job summary

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented Coil Winder to join a manufacturing team in Wisconsin. The role involves winding, assembling, and finishing copper coils for large-scale electrical equipment, following engineering drawings, BOMs, and procedures.

You will operate winding machines, prepare conductors, apply insulation, and ensure quality through inspection, with teamwork and safety in mind. This is a full-time on-site position offering competitive hourly pay and a collaborative manufacturing

Qualifications

• Must have basic mechanical skills and the ability to follow technical instructions.
• Experience reading technical drawings, bills of materials, and specs.
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE to maintain a safe workplace.
• Set up, wind, and finish coil assemblies per drawings and BOMs.
• Operate winding machines and prepare conductors for production.
• Inspect tolerances and ensure proper alignment and workmanship.
• Assist with maintenance and tool changes as required.
