Qualifications

• Hands-on programming and setup of CNC machines from prints and instructions.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to create efficient setups.
• Proven track record holding tight tolerances in metal turning.
• Experience machining a variety of materials.
• Proficiency with micrometers, bore gauges and precision metrology.

Responsibilities

• Kick off with a print review and job plan; select tooling and set workholding.
• Program CNC lathes from print requirements and instructions.
• Prove out programs and dial in offsets to hold tight tolerances.
• Run parts on CNC and manual machines; document results and data.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain workflow and quality.
