Job summary

Ellison Technologies is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to service CNC machining centers across Sioux Falls and nearby markets. You will install, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on advanced CNC equipment, working closely with customers and sales teams.

The role requires hands-on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostic abilities, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and quality.

• Execute on-site service: installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for CNC machine tools.
• Resolve technical issues and support the sales team with subject-matter expertise.
• Communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and partners.
• Uphold Ellison Technologies' professional and ethical standards.
• Own your queue: manage service cases/projects and maintain detailed records and technical documentation.
• Take on related tasks as assigned to meet customer and business needs.

• Balanced travel---approximately 50% with paid travel; not a national road-warrior position.
