Job summary

Bearon Manufacturing LLC, a proud affiliate of The Dixon Group, seeks a CNC Saw Operator to join our Landisville, PA manufacturing floor. You will set up and run a CNC Hydmech Saw along with CNC mills and lathes to produce precision metal components, while following safety protocols and quality specifications.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Background in machining or manufacturing is required (e.g., machine shop, metal manufacturing).
Previous experience as a CNC operator, machine operator, or mechanic is highly preferred.
Trade school education in mechanics, automotive, or manufacturing is a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude and shop mathematics skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain a CNC Hydmech Saw, as well as CNC mills and lathes, to produce precision metal components.
Safely transport raw materials to and from the saw station.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet drawing specifications, recognizing machining issues and making necessary adjustments.
Perform daily preventative maintenance activities on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain flexibility by taking on rotating assignments, including manual operations and assembly tasks as needed.
Work safely alongside co-workers, strictly adhering to all safety protocols, and collaborate effectively as part of the production team.
Actively participate in training to learn Bearon's unique manufacturing processes and develop CNC programming skills.
