Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates CNC router to cut parts according to specifications.
• Reviews and follows CNC setup instructions, blueprints and specifications.
• Maintains safety and quality by keeping the work area clean and documenting production activities.
• Operates measurement tools (calipers, tape measure, height gauge) to verify part accuracy.
• Monitors machines for malfunctions and deviations; reports irregularities.
• Records production and quality data per Work Area Instructions.
