Qualifications

• Proven ability to operate CNC routing machinery in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and use of hand tools and precision measurement instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Solid math skills for calculating requirements and part accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate CNC routers to produce precision parts per blueprints.
• Perform machine setups, including tool offsets and program verification.
• Use calipers, height gauges, and tapes to verify part conformance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and seek process improvements.
• Document production data and quality logs for cross-shift communication.
• Operate auxiliary equipment (band saws, grinders) and use forklifts safely.
• Monitor cycles and escalate issues when deviations occur.
