The ideal candidate will have strong CNC programming capabilities, a solid mechanical background, and a commitment to safety and quality. You will translate CAD drawings into machine instructions, run test cycles, document maintenance, and work with the shop team to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CNC Programmer & Operator.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD data.
• Strong math skills and keen attention to detail.
• Completion of apprenticeship or relevant training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines using G-code to meet specifications.
• Set up, load materials, run tests, and adjust as needed.
• Inspect finished parts and collaborate with QA to address issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and monitor machine performance.
• Maintain accurate production records and notify supervisor of issues.
• Follow safety guidelines and keep a clean, organized workspace.
