Staffmark Group in Elkhorn, WI is hiring a Maintenance Technician for direct hire. The role involves directing, repairing, and optimizing CNC equipment and facility systems (HVAC, hydraulics, electrical) while leading a maintenance team. Shift options include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (Mon-Fri).

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Minimum 3-5 years of industrial maintenance with CNC experience; strong electrical troubleshooting

Formación

High school diploma or GED required.
Technical school, vocational training, or industrial maintenance certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on CNC mills, lathes, grinders, hobbing equipment, saws, and auxiliary equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, servo, and CNC control systems.
Diagnose electrical problems using schematics, ladder logic, technical manuals, and test equipment.
Calibrate and align machine components to precision tolerances.
Follow LOTO procedures and plant safety requirements.
Document repairs, downtime, maintenance activity, and parts usage.
Support machine installations, upgrades, relocations, tooling, and continuous improvement projects.
Partner with operators and supervisors to resolve recurring equipment issues.
