Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to identify failures and troubleshoot machine tools; knowledge of lathes, mills, drills, grinders is a plus.
• Commitment to safety; ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication with colleagues and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain equipment; troubleshoot mechanical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose failures and repair controls in various machines; follow-up on solutions.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and facilities upkeep are timely and proactive.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams.
• Perform light welding/fabrication; read electrical and ladder diagrams.
• Keep tools and work areas clean and safe; use HyPro equipment responsibly.
