Staffmark is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Elkhorn, WI facility. This direct-hire role focuses on repair, preventive maintenance, and optimization of CNC equipment, PLCs, and facility systems including HVAC, hydraulics, and electrical.

Lead maintenance tasks, troubleshoot, document repairs, and collaborate with operators to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience with CNC controls (Fanuc, Haas, Siemens), strong electrical skills, and

Competenze

High school diploma or GED required.
Technical school or industrial maintenance certification preferred.
3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience involving CNC equipment.
Strong electrical troubleshooting experience required.
Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, servo systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Experience with Fanuc, Haas, or Siemens CNC controls preferred.
Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, ladder logic, and technical drawings.
Basic welding, fabrication, and precision measuring skills preferred.

Mansioni

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on CNC mills, lathes, grinders, hobbing equipment, saws, and auxiliary equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, servo, and CNC control systems.
Diagnose electrical problems using schematics, ladder logic, technical manuals, and test equipment.
Calibrate and align machine components to precision tolerances.
Follow LOTO procedures and plant safety requirements.
Document repairs, downtime, maintenance activity, and parts usage.
Support machine installations, upgrades, relocations, tooling, and continuous improvement projects.
Partner with operators and supervisors to resolve recurring equipment issues.
