Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for a precision manufacturing plant. You will lead maintenance activities to support production goals, repair and optimize equipment, and supervise a team of technicians across CNC, electrical, and mechanical systems.

This hands-on leadership role includes preventive maintenance, downtime reduction, safety compliance, and documenting maintenance records. You will read schematics, interpret blueprints, and implement tooling solutions while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related associate preferred.
• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Machine Repair, Electronics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to support production and goals.
• Supervise maintenance technicians; provide coaching and feedback.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on CNC machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, PLC, and servo issues.
• Schedule maintenance projects to minimize downtime.
• Read schematics and ladder logic to diagnose failures.
• Maintain records and ensure safety standards (LOTO).
• Partner with production leadership to improve efficiency and reliability.
