Responsibilities

• Program CNC controllers with toolpaths, codes, and parameters.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC optical generators to grind lens curves.
• Inspect lenses with interferometers, lens meters, and spherometers to verify tolerances.
• Interpret blueprints and work instructions to ensure accurate production.
• Maintain CNC equipment and perform routine maintenance.
