Job summary

Accelera Staffing is seeking a Precision CNC Operator in Manchester, NH to set up and run 3- to 5-axis milling centers, applying GD&T to ensure high-tolerance components and efficient throughput.

You will collaborate with engineering and production to refine processes, perform preventative maintenance on Fanuc and Matsuura controls, and uphold safety and quality on every part.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience operating and troubleshooting multi-axis CNC milling equipment.
• Strong command of GD&T principles and technical blueprint interpretation.
• Demonstrated ability to perform independent machine setups for diverse production runs.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling centers to achieve precise component specifications.
• Apply rigorous GD&T standards to verify part integrity and drive continuous quality improvements.
• Execute complex machine setups, minimizing downtime to maximize overall production throughput.
• Proactively diagnose and resolve mechanical or programming challenges to keep manufacturing workflows consistent.
• Perform preventative maintenance on Fanuc and Matsuura systems to extend equipment lifespan and reliability.
