Accelera is seeking a skilled CNC Manufacturing Programmer to drive production of high-precision components. You will develop advanced machining strategies for multi-axis equipment and bridge engineering designs with shop-floor execution to deliver quality parts for demanding industries.

In this role, you will refine CNC programs for 3- and 5-axis equipment, optimize toolpaths with CAM software, and design fixtures to streamline setups.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in a precision machining environment with at least 2 years focused on programming.
  • Advanced proficiency in multi-axis CNC programming and G-code optimization.
  • Strong technical grasp of GD&T principles and complex tolerance stack-ups.
  • Demonstrated success in high-precision manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to meet ITAR compliance requirements as a U.S. Person.

  • Utilize advanced CAM software to create robust toolpaths and optimize cycle times for high-precision manufacturing.

  • Perform manual G-code editing and verification to ensure machine performance meets rigorous quality standards.
  • Generate comprehensive setup documentation to streamline the transition from prototype to full-scale production.
  • Apply deep knowledge of GD&T to solve tolerance challenges and maintain strict dimensional accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot machining processes and improve overall manufacturing throughput.
