The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC machining, blueprints, and quality inspection, and must stay detail-oriented while ensuring production efficiency and tool changes as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating CNC mill-turn or similar machining equipment preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
• Knowledge of precision measuring tools and quality inspection procedures.
• Basic understanding of machining processes, tooling, and machine adjustments.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate medium-sized mill-turn machines to manufacture precision components.
• Load and unload materials and finished parts.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to verify part dimensions.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Identify machining issues and report equipment malfunctions.
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
