Job summary

PFI Precision Machining is seeking a CNC Operator for the second shift (Mon-Thu, 4:00 pm - 2:30 am) in Pleasant Hill, Ohio. You will read blueprints and operate CNC lathes/mills to manufacture parts to tight tolerances, while maintaining production pace and quality.

Must have 2–5 years of CNC manufacturing experience and be able to perform first piece and in-process inspections using measuring tools. Flexibility for overtime and local commute required.

Qualifications

• Reading blueprints and process instructions to machine parts.
• Operate CNC lathes or mills to meet production quality.
• Inspect parts using basic measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple CNC machines, maintain production rate.
• Change tooling to assure part quality.
• Perform first piece and in-process inspections.
• Assist in other machining areas as needed.
• Maintain safe, efficient operations.
