Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC machining and setup experience required.
• CNC mill experience strongly preferred.
• Experience using micrometers and precision measuring tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC milling equipment.
• Read blueprints and specifications.
• Inspect parts with micrometers and precision tools.
• Monitor tooling and change tooling as needed.
• Deburr machined parts and ensure quality.
• Inspect parts to meet tolerances and finish requirements.
• Troubleshoot basic machining issues.
