Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands‑on machining experience (CNC and/or Manual) in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings.
• Experience with CNC controls (Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, or similar) and/or large‑diameter lathes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program (at the machine or offline), and operate CNC lathes, mills, and/or manual machines to produce precision components
• Machine complex parts to close tolerances using blueprints, GD&T, routers, and work instructions
• Perform first‑piece, in‑process, and final inspections using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, indicators)
• Edit and optimize G‑code, adjust offsets, tooling, and feeds/speeds to maintain quality and efficiency
• Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with engineering and quality teams as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety and quality standards
