Job summary

Microwave Techniques LLC in Gorham, ME is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for either first or second shift. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of CNC machining experience and will set up, operate, and maintain precision tooling to meet strict specifications.

You will collaborate with engineers and program downloads/uploads, read blueprints, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Ability to read blueprints and setup sheets.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active work.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and related tools and perform maintenance.
• Set up, adjust, and operate machines to perform precision machining operations.
• Select tooling and parts to perform the job and upload/download programs.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, programmers and team members.
• Ensure conformance to specifications using precision instruments.
• Inspect and perform preventive maintenance of CNC equipment.
