Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking experienced CNC Machinists/Operators for full-time 2nd and 3rd shifts. The role involves operating CNC equipment to produce precision components for automotive, aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities include setting up Swiss-type/Hydromat machines, ensuring conformance to specs, inspecting parts, and maintaining safety and quality on a busy shop floor. Strong math skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

Experience operating CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with Swiss-type, Hydromat, or similar CNC machines is preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic mathematics; trigonometry is a plus.
Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines, including Swiss-type and Hydromat equipment, to manufacture precision components.
Perform machining operations according to engineering specs, work instructions, and quality standards.
Inspect finished parts to ensure dimensional and quality compliance.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Collaborate with production teams to meet schedules and sustain workflow.
