Job summary

TWG seeks an experienced machinist to install tooling on NC equipment and machine parts to tight tolerances. You will follow detailed setup diagrams, select appropriate part programs, and keep ERP records accurate and up-to-date.

The role requires blueprint literacy and the ability to train others, with responsibilities spanning from loading parts to ensuring quality and process compliance. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience or an equivalent

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1–3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Installs tooling on NC equipment to machine parts to exact tolerances.
Follows program instructions and diagrams for setup.
Selects and loads appropriate part programs for machine runs.
Maintain accurate and timely ERP transactions.
Make adjustments to equipment and programs as needed.
Load/unload parts and monitor operations for proper function.
Check parts during operations using precision measuring devices to ensure conformance.
Read and interpret blueprints.
May train other employees and assist in other departments.
Follow ISO procedures to prevent problems and document quality issues.
