Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to operate CNC and manual machines, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet exact specifications. You will monitor tool wear, perform tool changes, and troubleshoot machines while supporting TPM maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires strong math skills, GD&T understanding, and the ability to train new teammates in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with CNC machining and blueprints.
• Ability to read quality documentation and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and start up CNC, manual, and other production equipment.
• Make tooling and machine adjustments to maintain parts within customer specifications.
• Monitor tool wear and perform tool changes.
• Troubleshoot machine faults and sensors.
• Perform TPM maintenance and recordkeeping.
• Read blueprints and quality reports; follow work instructions.
• Support process improvements and team training.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow 5S standards.
