Job summary

Invio Automation is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. You will program, set up, and operate CNC machines with G&M code to produce machined parts while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will study work orders, blueprints, and GD&T to plan machining parameters, perform quality inspections, and pass finished parts to the next process. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with limited supervision are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or an associate degree; job-related experience considered in lieu of education.
• Experience reading blueprints and GD&T; capable of interpreting work orders and specs.
• Familiarity with CNC programming using G&M code and set-up procedures.
• Ability to operate, inspect, and adjust CNC machines to produce parts.

Responsibilities

• Load stock and set up tooling to production specifications.
• Verify settings by measuring first-run parts and sample workpieces.
• Maintain safety and quality standards while producing machined parts.
• Document production and quality logs and maintain equipment records.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Communicate shifts and maintain continuity across teams.
