LeoForce is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer in Lansdale, PA, to join a precision tooling team. The role emphasizes hands-on CNC machining, setup, programming, and operation, with emphasis on quality and safety.

The ideal candidate will program from scratch, interpret drawings, select tools, and meet tight tolerances while maintaining high standards of workmanship. OT opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• CNC programming and setup experience with strong editors and G-code/M-code knowledge.
• Proficient with reading blueprints/CAD drawings and interpreting tolerances.
• Experience with GD&T and precision measurement tools.
• Ability to work independently and maintain safety and quality.
• Familiarity with 3-axis machining; 5-axis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC vertical machining centers.
• Program from scratch and edit existing programs using G-code/M-code.
• Plan operations and select tooling, fixtures, and materials.
• Machine precision components to specifications and tolerances.
• Read blueprints and CAD drawings; inspect with precision instruments.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform basic machine maintenance.
• Meet targets and communicate with the Tool Room Foreman.
• Maintain safe, clean, quality-focused work environment.
