Job summary

LeoForce in California is seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer for a permanent, full-time role. You will develop and implement CNC programs, run books, and setup instructions to ensure high-quality aerospace components.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in CNC Programmer role.
• Able to read and interpret complex engineering drawings/blueprints.
• Familiarity with ITAR/aerospace environments.
• Strong CNC setup, operation and maintenance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CNC programs, run books and setup instructions.
• Create, verify and revise CNC programs for repeatable, auditable results.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to optimize machining processes.
• Conduct regular tests and inspections of CNC machines for proper function.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CNC machine issues and malfunctions.
• Stay current with CNC programming technologies and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with ITAR and aerospace regulations.
