Qualifications

• Experience with CNC programming and machine operation.
• Ability to understand and work from technical and machining drawings.
• Strong precision measurement and attention-to-detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and mills.
• Read and interpret shop machining drawings and technical documentation.
• Create CNC programs using G-code.
• Work with Fagor, Fanuc, Haas, and Heidenhain controls.
• Machine parts to tight tolerances, including measurements as close as 0.0005
• Inspect completed work using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and dial bore gauges.
• Maintain consistent part quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Follow safe operating practices in a heavy industrial environment.
• Maintain reliable attendance and a professional approach to work.
• Lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs and work scheduled hours including Saturdays.
