Job summary

Diversified Machine Components LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer for 1st shift in a fast-paced shop. The role requires 7+ years of machining experience with 5 years programming, including 4- and 5-axis programming and familiarity with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and GibbsCAM.

You will read blueprints and create, maintain, and troubleshoot programs for CNC mills and lathes. The position emphasizes tight tolerances, short runs, and a strong detail orientation, with a competitive pay package

Qualifications

• Program, set up, and operate CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers.
• 5 years of CNC programming experience.
• 7+ years machining experience with 5 years programming.
• Proficient with SolidWorks, AutoCAD and GibbsCAM.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• 4 and 5 axis programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Create CNC programs from blueprints and CAD models.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC programs for mills and lathes.
