PFI Conveyors in Algona, IA, is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on developing, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs while ensuring precision and quality in machined components.

You will operate Fanuc-controlled lathes and mills, verify dimensions with calipers and micrometers, and contribute to a safe, organized shop environment by following established procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficient with precision measuring instruments and accurate measurements.
• Experience with CNC programming, especially Fanuc controls.
• Strong understanding of quality control in manufacturing.
• Ability to use hand tools and operate other machinery as needed.
• Effective troubleshooting and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for various machining processes using Fanuc controls.
• Operate CNC lathes, mills, UMCs, and other machinery to manufacture components per specs.
