Job summary

Ms Companies, LLC in Springfield, OH, is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to machine precision components using Okuma Bridge Mills and to work to tight tolerances. You will analyze specifications, set up and operate toolpaths, and assemble parts used in dies, gauges, and cutting tools.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machines, especially Okuma Bridge Mills and Okuma controls.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Machine to tight tolerances: ±0.1, ±0.01.

Responsibilities

• Set up tooling, holders, and materials (including squaring up blocks & 3D setups).
• Operate CNC machines, including Okuma Bridge Mills, to produce precision parts.
• Drill, tap, counterbore, ream, deburr, polish, file, and inspect finished components.
