Job summary

Qualifications

• Setup and operate assigned CNC Bridge Mill.
• Perform all functions of a 'CNC Trainee' listed on the Skill Chart.
• Program CNC designs into cut instructions.
• Use precision measuring instruments to inspect parts to tolerance.
• Maintain inspection and programming logs and ISO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Bridge Mill per job instructions.
• Load parts and perform jig layout changeovers.
• Record measurements and document quality checks.
• Identify and troubleshoot tooling or process issues.
• Contribute to process improvements and safety compliance.
