Job summary

All Fill Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes with close attention to GD&T and part specifications. You will study drawings, load materials, and verify parts, while maintaining safety and quality across shifts in a clean manufacturing facility.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in CNC machining, with Mazak programming experience considered a major plus. High school diploma or GED is required; typical hours are 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday,

Qualifications

Must have 2+ years' experience as a CNC machinist.
Mazak programming experience is a huge plus.
High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Plan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, and GD&T.
Program mills and lathes by entering instructions, offsets, and tool data; calculate requirements and prove programs.
Set up mills and lathes by installing chucks, tools, and fixtures; prepare and load raw materials.
Verify settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces.
Supervise machines to ensure quality outputs; troubleshoot and adjust controls as needed.
Maintain safe operations by following safety procedures and regulations.
Inspect and measure finished products against specifications.
Maintain equipment through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Document actions and communicate needs across shifts.
Complete production and quality logs; update job knowledge through publications.
