Quality Controlled Manufacturing, Inc. (QCMI) is seeking an skilled CNC Machinist to independently set up and operate CNC mills and lathes. You will read complex blueprints with GD&T, adjust offsets, and modify programs at the controller to meet aerospace-grade standards and delivery dates.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience, own tools, and can collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to hit tight deadlines while maintaining quality and safety.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a machine shop.
• Ability to set up and run jobs unsupervised.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and applying GD&T.
• Knowledge of materials including castings and forgings.
• Willingness to work overtime when requested.

Responsabilidades

• Independently set up, operate, and optimize CNC mills and lathes.
• Read and interpret blueprints with GD&T.
• Adjust offsets and make program edits at the control.
• Select tooling and cutting parameters for various metals.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing to meet deadlines.
• Maintain safe, organized work area and document outputs.
