Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong blueprint reading skills and ability to hold tolerances consistently.
• Turning experience preferred; CNC milling is the primary focus.

Responsibilities

• Run CNC Milling and Turning Equipment – operate and monitor CNC machines with minimal supervision.
• Perform Setups and Changeovers – prepare machines, load tools/fixtures, and complete timely setups.
• Read and Work From Blueprints – interpret prints, dimensions, and tolerances to meet specifications.
• Edit and Optimize Existing Programs – make program edits at the machine; deep programming not required.
• Execute In-Process Inspection – perform quality checks and document measurements.
• Maintain Tooling and Equipment Readiness – care for tooling, fixtures, gauges, and measuring devices.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement – support Lean and CI efforts focused on quality and throughput.
