Job summary

Destaco is seeking a CNC Machinist for 1st shift at our Mt. Juliet, TN facility to set up and operate CNC machines, read blueprints and ensure parts meet tolerances.

The role requires 4+ years of manufacturing experience, familiarity with setup, tooling selection, and program adjustments to optimize throughput and quality. Candidates should be able to perform routine maintenance and maintain a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• (1) Knowledge of CNC machining and programming operations as generally acquired in one to three years of trades training or vocational schooling.
• (2) 3-5 years of experience in setting up, operating and programming CNC machine.
