Job summary

VAUPELL NORTHEAST in Agawam, MA is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist - Milling for 1st shift (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.). You will operate CNC lathes, milling machines and bridgeports to produce precision parts.

Responsibilities include load, operate and maintain machines, verify parts meet specs, record quality data, and follow safety procedures. A high school diploma or technical training with CNC concentration plus related experience is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with CNC coursework or equivalent training.
• 3+ years of CNC machining experience or 1 year with advanced CNC training.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and specs in English.

Responsibilities

• Load, operate, clean and maintain CNC machines per instructions.
• Ensure parts meet specifications and document measurements.
• Adjust and reprogram controls as needed; troubleshoot issues.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
